Job Description

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager is a business partner to the management team responsible for leading all human resources functions and providing critical support, coaching and counseling to management. Responsibilities include supporting Company business goals by formulating policies and procedures and recommending policies, practices, and solutions to management. Manages employee relations, performance management process, development processes, recruiting and training, compensation and incentive programs, and compliance with all governmental regulations.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

·       Provides practical, consistent, and proactive support, direction and advice to managers on HR procedure, policy, best practice, employment rewards, benefits, and legislation to facilitate in achieving the goals and objectives of an organization.

·       Performs human resources management work relating to hiring, recruitment, training, compensation, promotion, termination or career development.

·       Defining the learning strategy and recruitment, setting high standard principles and providing likely solutions. Providing pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues.

·       Raising proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans.

·       Compiling and managing disciplinary process documentation, accompany and support managers during disciplinary process.

·       Briefing new managers on the policies and procedures of an organization, providing coaching to managers on difficult and complex issues.

·       Liaising with compensation team on salary levels for existing and prospective staff consistent with organization market conditions and policies.

·       Reviewing and revising HR policies in compliance with changes or new legislation.

·       Collecting ongoing information regarding satisfaction of employee on salary packages and wage, working conditions, etc.

·       Develops and conduct training for managers on HR related topics such as documentation, disciplinary actions, FMLA, etc.

·       Conducting new employee orientation program and other educational and training programs on changes in benefits, diversity, etc.

·       Utilizing outside resources in order to monitor issues and concerns in employment law, communicating potential changes to senior management.

·       Evaluates and conducts RIFs and other organizational resource changes.

·       Analyzes and develops processes and procedures to ensure consistency and clear individual roles and responsibilities.

·       Develops, implements, and administers, large and/or complex projects based on company needs.

·       Represents Human Resources Department at a variety of client meetings.

·       Conducts presentations and training in front of existing and prospective clients.

·       Conducts investigations into employee conflict/employee relations matters and provides guidance/solutions/outcomes

Qualifications

Education/Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

·        5- 7 years of human resources experience with at least 2 years in a client internal focused role.
