Job Description

Seeking an exceptional leader for the role of Digital lead. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner/ Head of Performics, and serving as a key member of the senior management team, primary responsibility is to drive tangible business results- increased revenue and profitability through a consumer-centric approach  using digital technology and  marketing across the different business units and product lines.

An expert in Digital marketing- inclusive and not limited to branding, social media, SEM and other facets of Digital Media, responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the brand that drives client deliverables through customer awareness, increasing engagement, and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Lead innovation using digital technology across the business and solidify the functional digital strategy to drive change across clients and at the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define a transformational digital roadmap aligned to the corporate strategy to maximize operational efficiencies, market awareness and customer engagement
  • Manage the digital lifecycle; from concept, throughout the build and test phases, until launch and maintenance
  • Measure return on investment and engagement for digital marketing activities including establishing procedures to track and monitor digital marketing effectiveness and measure actual performance against planned performance
  • Leverage digital platforms to provide solutions for challenges faced by the organization / industry.
  • Work with existing and emerging digital solutions and technology to tackle key organization problems related to business processes, service delivery, customer onboarding, and their integration
  • An expert in running Online Marketing campaigns, specializing in Pay Per Click (PPC), Product Marketing, Display Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic & Mobile
  • Identify opportunities for cross/Up –sell across their set of clients and help business teams in converting them
  • Working closely with the team on Campaign enhancement & Optimization
  • Advise account teams on research, strategy, creation, execution and measurement of content across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Blogs and other relevant social channels
  • Grow business prospects with existing clients; expand digital scope of work fused with PR programs; lead new business outreach process and win business
  • Establish strong and successful partnerships by advocating and educating technology vendors, publishers & data providers and internal stakeholders in line with the vision and ambition to shape technologies to suit our needs. 
  • Drive thought-leadership by developing industry analysis and POVs, market landscapes for product roadmap planning and education purposes.
  • Conduct training, deliver presentations, and lead meetings with clients.
  • Develop and build services and solutions based on market requirements
  • Support custom / ad hoc external and internal special projects

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Intelligent, entrepreneurial with strong work ethic
  • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising landscape from either media planning or sales planner perspective
  • High competency level in analysis & insight generation; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent time management / project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
