Director, Client Solutions & Analytics

Work Experience & Education Requirements:       

- 8-10 years of marketing analytics experience with proven track record in Return on Marketing Investment, Pricing / Promotion and Forecasting

- Experience in CPG required, Non CPG a plus

- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus

- Significant coursework or degree in quantitative fields

Job Requirements

-Mastery in quantitative marketing research (Marketing Mix, Pricing Promotion, Forecasting)

and statistical techniques (Regression, Time Series)

- Experience with SAS / SPSS or other statistics packages

- Experience in project management

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

- Proficient with Nielsen / IRI and similar syndicated data

Position Accountabilities

- Generate insights and interpret analytic / model output

- Ensure quality of output and drive excellence

- Lead client engagements and present insights at all client levels

- Partner with clients and elevate relationship to trusted advisory status                                                                                                                            - Produce client proposal for new work                                                                                                              

- Lead, manage, train and mentor other associates                                                                                                                     - Actively demonstrate cost leadership and help deliver on company’s financial targets                                                                                                                           - Contribute in company’s product leadership and innovation
