A bit about who we are looking for 

  

In this role, the Manager will manage a team of marketing automation and business intelligence tool administrators.   Tool administrators are responsible for end to end campaign application administrative services for new and existing platform delivery accounts who use marketing automation and business intelligence tools.  This includes basic tool administration, troubleshooting, application installation, upgrade support, and tool configuration.  The manager of this team must be able to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, delegate tasks to appropriate resources, and help the team solve problems in a fast-paced environment.  You will be responsible for keeping the team engaged in the delivery process and responsive to the needs of each account they support.

 

What you’ll do 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Directly lead, manage, and coach a team of tool administrators, which includes…

o   Installation, configuration, customization, and upgrade or patch support of campaign management and/or business intelligence tools

o   Debugging the issues in Unica/Adobe Campaign

o   Subject matter expertise in helping/guiding the team with user tickets

o   Working with Adobe/HCL support for product related queries or issues

o   Collaborating with business teams/clients to understand the requirements for new builds

o   Getting involved in discovery sessions for new client intakes

o   Providing leadership and mentoring.

o   Managing career paths.

o   Completing performance appraisals.

o   Tracking deliverables and support related issues.

·       Hold associates accountable for their work by setting expectations, providing feedback, and evaluating effectiveness.

·       Proactively work to improve delivery quality, looking for areas of improvement, implementing, and governing environment standards.

·       Provide resource planning in support of ongoing operations and implementations.

·       Understand different technologies at a high-level and adapt to new technologies.

·       Have good communication skills and work closely with global peers.

Qualifications

What you’ll need 

 

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       12+ years relevant work experience in the marketing technology space

·       Experience with Unica Marketing Suite and Adobe Campaign

·       Experience with BI tool (optional)

·       Experience managing teams across multiple functional areas

·       Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to communicate upwards and downwards within the organizational structure

·       Good problem-solving skills

·       Good leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate team members

·       Ability to manage multiple, high priority efforts effectively with little to no direction
