Job Description

·         Project Management

o   Works directly with capability and project leads to estimate effort, plan activities and timelines

o   Proactively manages all the details throughout the project ensuring all action-items are accomplished timely and accurately

o   Identifies, tracks and reports on project progress and milestones

o   Sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials and documentation

o   Assesses needs and distributes work within a group from concept/development to presentation and final deliverable

o   Anticipates and proactively raises concerns for potential risk; recommends solutions

o   Schedules and manages resources required to successfully and efficiently deliver project scope

·         Process Management

o   Facilitates and maintains capability processes and best practices  (such as third party contracting and asset management)

o   Schedules and plans Quality Assurance tasks, ensuring accountability across disciplines

o   Safeguards that processes and workflow are being adhered to

o   Identifies areas for improvement within process; suggests and implements solutions

·         Scope Management

o   Contributes to scope management for assigned project(s) to track all deliverables/outputs and identify where altered requirements will involve extra time or extra resources and efficiencies can be gained

·         Collaboration

o   Collaborates daily with project team, client and capability counterparts

o   Seeks partnership from senior leads to assist in mitigating any issues

·         Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA DEGREE in Marketing or related field a plus)

·         2-4 years of relevant project management experience in an agency setting

·         Experience and/or knowledge of the media space and/or healthcare highly desirable

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project planning tools (i.e. MS Teams, Smartsheet)

·         Acumen for data gathering of requirements and documentation

·         Ability to know when to ask questions. Intellectual curiosity. 

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude to effectively communicate with a diverse audience including internal and client teams

·         Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask

·         Ability to facilitate a solutions oriented approach to managing projects

·         Experience in identifying, managing and helping to mitigate project issues and risks

·         Must be able to work effectively as an individual as well as within a team

·         Core project management skills and a love for delivering to the highest quality standards

·         Accountability and flexibility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Ideal candidates must demonstrate project leadership and management skills
