Digitas Health is seeking a Manager, Content Strategy. The ideal candidate has ability to develop research-based insights to uncover unique opportunities. They maintain a pulse on digital/social platform changes and communicate clearly to the team to keep everyone informed. The ideal candidate has a proven track record that enables them to confidently work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (creative, account, analytics) to execute on strategies that achieve (and exceed) business goals.

  • Honing insights and designing comprehensive strategic flows for proposed content in presentations

  • Leading platform build and launch activities
  • Managing community teams, including AE reporting process
  • Immersing yourself into a brand and examining their competitive landscape to build content strategies that elevate clients to become market leaders
  • Being the most socially and digitally savvy person in your network
  • Writing and presenting, and publishing work to multiple teams (Powerpoint skills encouraged)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of online marketing, PR, online community management, site editorial, or content strategy experience including digital and social media
  • BA or BS required
  • Experience in planning/strategy, writing/design, analytics, or technology
  • Expert level attention to detail
  • Expert level diplomacy and professionalism with heightened common sense
  • Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Creative mindset with strong knowledge of current social web and content development and emerging trends
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
