Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, this role will work as part of the creative team to use design to bring your ideas to life. You’ll be working across multiple channels to produce innovative work whilst showing a great appreciation for art direction, typography, photography, illustration and overall design balance.

Your creativity is where you excel, and you can use this to push creative boundaries to deliver multiple projects that are on brand, budget and exceed creative objectives.

Some stuff that will help you get the job:

• 4+ years’ experience working within art direction, preferably with a CX focus
• Experience in directing shoots on location
• An understanding and appreciation for how strategy, customer data and technology play a role in producing effective CX campaigns
• Fresh thinking with a passion for new tools/technologies that can enhance CX
• Confidence in selling creative ideas internally and to clients
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with a pro-active and positive attitude
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to guide clients through your creative process
