The Project Finance Manager will provide senior-level financial and operational support to the associate finance director and finance director. You will be involved in financial reporting, tightening processes and controls, forecasting and maintaining a strong internal control environment across financial operations. The main responsibility is the management of the processes at CTE (clinical trial xxperience) and to assist the Langland team with ad hoc duties involved in the commercial set up of the operations for Langland and the transition of these processes and duties to be aligned with the rest of the Publicis Health businesses.

Key duties include:

• Work closely with the associate finance director, the finance director and analysts in ensuring that revenue recognition process and the analysis is aligned with the correct way of working
• Assist with the communication and process of clients with changes to SOW as part of change in the way fees are presented to clients
• Prepare presentations for training materials to the account and project teams
• Work closely with the operations director and the finance systems director
• Finding new ways to improve our processes with the wider finance team
• Ensure that monthly reporting is performed accurately, completely and in a timely manner
• Perform monthly analysis on the above processes to ensure that they match what needs to be reported
• Work with the analysts to ensure revenue information is accurate
• Ensure that all financial reporting is performed in according with Publicis Groupe corporate policies and procedures (“Janus”) (Agency and PH UK)
• Anticipate risks and opportunities and initiate actions to achieve financial objectives
• Assist with any forecasting tasks as and when required
• Assist with any internal management reporting set up that is required
