职位描述

1、负责项目在JD自营的所有运营计划,制定JD 自营运营策略、阶段性运营目标、提高营运效绩;有运营战略思维,以销售为导向;

2、收集市场和行业信息,分析总结竞争对手,整理评估营销数据,交易数据、商品数据、TA数据等;

3、根据客户需求和预算,为客户电商业务提出各种有价值的信息和建议方案,和客户以及平台采销保持良好的关系;

4、负责监控周、月及季度运营结果,及时改进;

5、负责整体运营团队的人才选拔、培训、考核激励制度建设,以保障运营体系顺利推行而达成客户营收指标。

6、与第三方经销商就订单采购、订单操作、库存管理等密切配合;

职位要求

1、大专及以上学历;8 年以上JD自营运营工作经验,3 年以上管理经验,在平台方有一定的资源优先;

2、操盘过JD 自营5000 万+体量的店铺,大快消类目经验;

3、具备较强的沟通和关系维护能力,思路清晰,有敏锐的电商洞察力;

4、较强的逻辑思维、调研及数据分析能力,并善于通过数据指导优化运营,能撰写PPT方案
