Candidate Overview

We are seeking an accomplished account planning director with a extensive brand strategic planning experience to be a part of our strong strategic team. The account planning director will be responsible for all aspects of the strategic planning process including refinement and alignment of strategy using insight gathered from market, consuemrs, competitors, brand and various internal and external stakeholders. An understanding of the underlying motivations of key audiences to successfully create cohesion between the client’s purpose / vision, customer wants and the creative team ideation / execution is imperative. The role involves working closely with client engagement and creative teams while overseeing, attending, synthesizing research from partners and clients and applying the information to increase the effectiveness of the brand and resulting marketing campaigns.

 

Qualifications

  • KOREAN LEVEL REQUIRED: Fluent
  • English LEVEL REQUIRED: Fluent or Native
  • Should have at least 13~15 experience in account planning in marketing communication agency.
  • Intellectual ability to understand the up to date trend, insight (consumer, market, industry, competitive, brand) and to translate them into the strong marketing communication strategy
  • Credibility and maturity to engage on the senior leadership of the client and demonstrate the strategic leadership in key decision making process
  • High emotional quotient and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full understanding of client’s requirements and ability to translate those needs into internal agency briefs
  • Able to manage and prioritize a demanding workload autonomously
  • Work closely with a wide range of individuals and resources, managing the workload of internal resources
  • Comfortable recommending new projects and work streams for client to exploe to grow their business
