The Brief:

The  team is and will be a truly diverse, inclusive, global team and we will want to prioritise those that will help us to achieve this. We have several fully integrated projects in early stages kicking off and it will be important to have strong account leadership to manage the work flow, across agency cooperation and deliverables.

As an Account Executive, will work closlely with the team and its lead. Collaborating with project lead you will be responsible to drive tactical execution of the campaigns as well day-to-day activities. Account Executive serves as an agency catalyst for implementing and achieving the client’s tactical plan by working with internal team members and clients to determine campaign objectives. Under supervision, AE is engaged in the day-to-day running of the account, shows strategic potential and demonstrates deep knowledge of the client’s business.

In this role, you will have the ability to flex and hone account management and strategic skills, perfect execution management, and be looked to as a partner internally, to clients, and agency partners alike.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented and positive can-do attitude through all tasks big and small Proactively resolve day-to-day client management including requests regarding ongoing project development and quality control
  • Heavy involvement in a variety of work streams with responsibilities for asset management and trafficking
  • Schedules, manages, and prepares for internal and client meeting/conference calls including: the compilation/updates & delivery of weekly status reports, coordination of meeting attendees, and confirmation of objectives & agendas
  • Becomes an expert in all aspects of our client’s business including: the ins and outs of the large product portfolio, the client’s legal & regulatory processes, and monitors the competitive landscape, both direct and indirect, providing informed observations and opportunities
  • Effectively support great work and drive the team to execute with excellence. Works closely with account, project management, and production teams to develop project timelines, milestones, and feedback loops. Owns the delivery of timely, actionable contact reports

Qualifications

Other requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Highly organized
  • Stays abreast of industry, client and category trends
  • Strong writing, speaking and presentation skills
