Publicis Groupe has been appointed by Beiersdorf as the global agency partner for NIVEA, the world’s leading skin-care brand, for every market globally. For NIVEA we have built a bespoke agency called Publicis One Touch, a name that embodies the NIVEA brand purpose of ‘The Power of Touch’. 

Publicis One Touch is a new agency model that brings together data, creativity and technology to help build a truly integrated approach to the Nivea brand. This model is designed to dramatically improve the effectiveness, efficiency, creativity and consistency of NIVEA marketing. 

To deliver the creative scope and the implementation we will have powerhouses across 8 hubs in New York, Sao Paulo, Cape Town, Dubai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Bangkok, Moscow. The new Agency will be led from a Hamburg HQ, and use a network of Publicis One Touch teams in over 40 other markets to cover the NIVEA world.

Job Description

As Implementation Manager you will be working closely alongside 9 Regional Production Leads and the Global Network team to help qualify new projects and guide adaptation and amplification projects through the Publicis One Touch Centralised Production Model.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities​​​​​​:

This role is broadly divided into 4 key areas;

  1. Creative Asset Management.
  2. Process and Production.
  3. Global Reporting and Presentations.
  4. Mentoring & Building relationships.

On a daily basis you are accountable for;

  • Responsible for sense-checking project data with all Regions and preparing Market Status Project data for the Implementation Lead.  
  • Responsible for all adaptation and transcreation projects ensuring markets connect with the Adaptation facilities.
  • Ensuring the quality of the work produced in the Adaptation hubs and its adherents to the brand guidelines.
  • Knowledge of all Global and Regional Campaign master assets and how they can be used across the regions.
  • Manage the Asset Management team and ensure all local adapted assets are uploaded into the client DAM.
  • Building a strong relationship with the POT Network team and Implementation Lead to help support market needs.
  • Building a strong relationship with Regional teams to help support the Implementation Lead.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in an advertising agency or production environment working as a producer.
  • Knowledge of production across Digital, Print and Film.
  • Experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously and having to manage your time well.
  • Be able to work under pressure with the ability to communicate well.
  • Knowledge of campaign production deliverables incl. Display (Standard & Rich), OOH, DOOH, Film (Online and TVC).
  • Comfortable with online tools and systems and enthusiastic towards finding ways to improve and evolve workflows.
  • Preferable experience of film production and broadcast advertising ie: digital film content, TVC/DRTV, Radio
