Job Description

Publicis Emil is looking for a Network Operations Associate to work with one of the world’s most recognized premium automotive brands – Mercedes-Benz. The role will be embedded within our inter-disciplinary dedicated Region Europe team. The Network Operations team is the connecting glue across the Publicis Emil Network, from global to local market topics.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an agile approach on coordinating marketing campaigns and activities across 18 European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and overview of all local market operations, across all digital and creative streams of Publicis Emil
  • Weekly discussions with markets, enabling weekly client conversations on market planning activities
  • Supporting markets to orchestrate customer journey led campaign activations, leveraging all digital and data capabilities
  • Working closely with internal stream teams (Data Management Platform, Website Management, Data Analytics, Social, CRM, Creative)
  • Toolkit and campaign playbook communication rollout and adoption tracking
  • Liaison with local teams to build digital literacy and drive best practice sharing and adoption

Qualifications

Profile

  • 2-3 years' experience in marketing within an agency/consultancy, with knowledge across digital
  • Strong Project and Account Management skills – this role is both an internal and client facing role
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise, with exceptional organizational skills, even when under pressure
  • Excellent Collaboration skills, maintaining continuity, whilst working remotely from stakeholders
  • Solutions-oriented and “can-do attitude”
  • A total team player, committed to the collective success of the entire Publicis Emil team and global network
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional language skills valued
