Job Description

The Role of the Head of Performance :

Your mission will be to drive the performance for all our clients’ accounts, provide the business development team with suggestions for growing current client accounts, lead the execution team to success in achieving results that make our clients happy. Your performance will be judged on the quality of the processes you employ and how that contributed to the overall Profit and Loss of the Performance Marketing division.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Responsibility to manage marketing spend and drive paid search across social networks, websites, search engines and geographical location
  • Managing implementation initiatives to enhance PPC campaign effectiveness.
  • Effectively managing meta channels to drive cost effective ROI.
  • Collating customer data across multiple devices to develop mobile strategy.
  • Monitoring and reporting short and long-term customer trends from internal and market data.
  • Driving SEO optimization for our SEO clients
  • Creating strong campaigns in-keeping with our clients’ brand values.
  • Working closely alongside developers regarding UAT and measuring impact of any changes.
  • Auditing our marketing standards against best industry practice.
  • Owning our clients’ attribution models.
  • Managing two direct reports in performance marketing
  • Staying up to date with emerging marketing channels and digital trends

Qualifications

  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experienced in managing complex PPC campaigns, preferably with a wide experience of various industries
  • Extensive and up to date on digital marketing trends.
  • Proven achievements in delivering KPI growth and ROI.
  • A strong leader/team manager.
  • Proven analytical abilities, comfortable with analyzing data from different data sources like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search Console etc. and capable of working with advanced data models on Excel/Google Sheets
