• Coordinate content production (writing, editing, translating or transcreation) and proofreading for the Netherlands market
• Receive Jira tickets, distribute and plan work among the freelancers
• Onboard new freelancers when needed
• Provide feedback for the freelancers
• Ensure the consistency and quality of prepared content
• Cooperate closely with internal and external translators & proofreaders, project managers, different departments, and clients
• Participate in client calls when necessary
• Support other markets' coordinators if needed

• Fluent Dutch (near-native proficiency)
• Demonstrable B2 level English
• Experience in proofreading, editing and content creation
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time
• Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word most of all)
• Attention to detail, patience
• Good organizational skills
