Job Description

Working across one or more leading brands, you’ll work closely with teams such as media planning, strategy and activation to conduct exploratory analysis, deliver insights that shape strategy and optimise media and channel performance - we are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who have a keen desire to take ownership of their work and continue to push the boundaries of what we can deliver for our clients! 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Using data from a variety of sources (survey, media expenditure, reports, etc), you will co-ordinate with various stakeholders to understand briefs, gather requirements and identify data sources required in order to draw relevant and business critical insights to shape media strategy. 
  • You will create measurement frameworks in order to effectively measure the outcome of media strategies
  • You will work closely with data scientists in order to ascertain opportunities to use advanced analytics to deliver deeper insights, as well as actively participating in raising the profile of data within the agency (we'd like you to seize any chance you get to showcase what the data team can do - internally and externally wherever needed!). 
  • Your presentation skills and storytelling ability will be needed when presenting you work internally and externally whenever needed (assisting in pitches, presenting findings, etc) - confidence and using the relevant tools is a must! 
  • We are also looking for continuous learners - you understand that in technology one can't afford to not up-skill regularly! Keeping up to date with the latest technologies is part of who you are. 

Qualifications

  • A curious, consultative and entrepreneurial individual - you must be able to understand our clients' business needs and offer sophisticated solutions. That's not to say that you shouldn't push back when needed - your expertise is what allows you to offer new approaches to old problems! 
  • Demonstrable ability to create presentations and other documentation that clearly explain the analysis, insights and recommendations you have worked on, and present these findings confidently. 
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently and the desire to see others around you progress. 
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills in either web analytics/digital (Websites, Mobile, SEO, PPC, Display etc.) or traditional media (TV, OOH, Print, Radio, Cinema etc.), with the ability to derive deep insights and make actionable recommendations. 
  • Experience using social listening tools and working with survey data (BrandWatch, CrimsonHexagon, YouGov, Nielsen, etc.).
  • Hands on experience with the likes of Excel, Google Analytics, ComScore and data visualisation tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Datorama). 
  • As a bonus, experience in scripted languages such as SQL, Python and R would be a very strong plus!
