Associate Director, Data & Analysis - Client Solutions

To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding Associate Director, Data & Analysis - Client Solutions – a dynamic analytic thought leader in the field of marketing analytics and predictive modeling. Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Generating insights and interpreting analytic / model output
  • Ensuring quality of output and driving excellence
  • Leading client engagements and presenting insights at all client levels
  • Partnering with clients and elevating relationships to trusted advisory status
  • Producing client proposal for new work 
  • Leading, managing, training and mentoring other associates
  • Actively demonstrating cost leadership and helping deliver on company’s financial targets
  • Contributing to the company’s overall product leadership and innovation

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:       

  • 7-9 years of marketing analytics experience with proven track record in Return on Marketing Investment, Pricing / Promotion and Forecasting
  • Experience in CPG required, Non CPG a plus
  • Significant coursework or degree in quantitative fields
  • Mastery in quantitative marketing research (Marketing Mix, Pricing Promotion, Forecasting) and statistical techniques (Regression, Time Series)
  • Experience with SAS / SPSS or other statistics packages
  • Experience in project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficient with Nielsen / IRI and similar syndicated data
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
