Job Description

Publicis Media is now looking for a new OOH Manager to work on one of our latest and most exciting clients. This is an opportunity to work on a global disruptive brand, a real “people business” and be part of a team leading the change and driving businesses into the future.

The OOH Client Manager is responsible for planning OOH campaigns across all lines of the client business.  The OOH Client Manager supports the OOH Client Director in account handling, and is partly responsible for managing the OOH Client Executive and developing their skill sets.

  • Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to briefs
  • Executes these solutions through the communications planning process
  • Project manages clients communications plans including timelines and budget
  • Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working, with input from Client Director
  • Ensures the team coordinate invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to client
  • Manages Client Executive in their day-to-day deliverables.
  • Presents regularly both internally and to clients

Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Ideally 4+ years relevant experience in planning consumer facing OOH campaigns
  • Understanding of the digital OOH marketplace, inclusive of dynamic and automated opportunities
  • Experience of managing the performance of a junior resource
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial appreciation
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, media owners and 3rd party suppliers
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working effectively under pressure and prioritising workloads
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Experience in delivering presentations to clients and internal teams
  • Experience delivering data driven OOH, including potential cross-channel integration opportunities
  • A good understanding of OOH technology innovation, specifically mobile opportunities such as location, mobile payments and coupons, etc.
