Job Description

This role focuses on marketing for our clients across Biddable (Digital) Media Channels, and we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to work closely with the Account Manager, Senior Executive, and other Account Executives within the team. 

Once you have received sufficient training, you will be responsible for the day to day running of campaigns, with a particular focus on activation, reporting and optimisation. You’ll be working across various biddable media channels, including Google, Microsoft and Amazon. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for campaigns’ activation, optimisation and reporting
  • Regularly auditing accounts to improve performance
  • Supporting the Manager/Senior Executive on client calls and meetings as needed
  • Creation and maintenance of reporting documents (Excel and PowerPoint) to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results
  • Ensuring all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process
  • Proactively find innovative ways to boost campaigns’ performance
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise
  • Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

This is a graduate, entry level position, so you only require the right attitude and desire to succeed, and full training will be provided. The necessary skills and characteristics are:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline
  • A strong interest in activating Biddable Media campaigns, particularly Paid Search
  • The desire to learn new things and expand their knowledge
  • The ability to work within a team environment and on individual tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Some knowledge of Biddable Media - and a strong interest in activating Biddable Media campaigns, particularly Paid Search
  • A proactive attitude to find and suggest solutions rather than report on problems
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to develop & learn new processes
