Job Description

The Role: The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of client communication strategies on time and within budget

  • Work trafficked efficiently
  • Attendance at all relevant client meetings
  • Preparation of WIPs
  • Relevant departments kept informed of changes
  • Preparation of 6 monthly advertising/competitive reviews for presentation by Account Director
  • Prepare creative briefs for adaptations/minor projects
  • Provide appropriate stimulus materials for briefings
  • Source client/brand related material for shoots
  • Prepare production briefs
  • Ensure artwork/scripts checked/comply with brand guidelines
  • Record and maintain detailed headhours on all tasks
  • Raise estimates on all projects
  • Prepare POs to invoice stage
  • Produce revenue forecasts for Group Account Director/ Account Director Prepare billings summary for clients
  • Coordinate all research projects
  • Attend all research meetings and groups whenever possible
  • Input appropriate research

 

Key Performance

  • Projects completed on time and within budget
  • Contact reports written up within 24 hours of meeting Accurate WIPs prepared on time
  • On time delivery of reviews
  • Accuracy/relevance of information – acceptance by the client
  • Sign-off of creative brief by Account Director and Client with no revisions
  • Production briefs signed off by Account Director, Creative Director and Client with no revisions
  • Accurate timesheets completed daily and submitted weekly
  • All estimates signed by Group Account Director/ Account Director and client prior to job commencement
  • Sign off of PO’s by Group Account Director/ Account Director without revision
  • On time and accurate forecasts prepared monthly
  • 100% accurate client billings summary prepared monthly
  • On-time receipt of stimulus material from research companies
  • All available research utilised in a timely and effective way.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Min. of 5 to 7 years working experience in Advertising industry
  • Detailed oriented, extensive, accurate product knowledge
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to collect, track and analyze large amount of data
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with other within internal and external team
  • Understanding of consumer behaviours, tech-savvy and industry trends
  • Able to guide/mentor junior team members
  • Good presentation, project management, time management skills
  • Self-started and passionate of account management/ advertising
