Job Description

Role Responsibility:

Creates strategic media concepts and plans to most effectively meet the marketing objectives and needs of clients briefs

Competencies / Main Tasks:

A) Knowledge:

1) Complete knowledge of buying and planning, and reporting process

2) Strong up to date understanding of: performance marketing, social media, mobile marketing, tracking and tagging, behavioral marketing, retargeting & addressability.

3) Experience of monitoring, reporting and analyzing metrics data

4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5) Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

B) Skills:

1) Negotiate with all digital media vendors on a campaign-basis

2)  Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure

3) Ability to effectively utilize media research and reporting resources

C) Product: 

1) Write impeccable rationales that can back-up any recommendations we share with our clients

2) Identify the new trends and opportunities in digital from a technology and publishers point-of-view

3) Utilize available digital media planning tools to help the team develop the required media plans

4) Provide input and propose optimization schemes to the team and report properly to the client

5) Experience of, and passion for, new and emerging website technologies, particularly those used in new environments 

D) People:

1) Working closely with the publishers to ensure we are utilizing their newest offerings

E) Operations:

1) Ability to write and articulate media plans starting from research to activations

2) Making sure we are leveraging buying clout to deliver the best efficiencies to the client

3) In charge of the account day-to-day planning, rationales, reporting and optimization
