Job Description

The Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner sits within the Talent Acquisition Team and partners with every department in the business to provide an effective recruitment solution for all the Publicis Media brands. Early Career's responsibility is to expertly advise on all matters relating to the Early Careers hiring needs of the business, never taking an eye off the market and striving to ensure that our hiring process is world class for stakeholder and candidate experience.

Our Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner is the gatekeeper to a career at Publicis Media. You will be a valued member of both the Talent Acquisition Team and the department(s) you are supporting.  As an experienced recruiter, your passionate, collaborative and flexible working skills will be called on to strengthen your hiring teams and enable them to continue to recruit the best early careers talent via a range of sources including direct, referrals and 3rd party specialist suppliers.

Early Careers is a high profile part of Publicis Media which attracts the attention and focus of Stakeholders of all levels so there's a lot of opportunity to impress. This is a high pace role which demands resilience, as well as the ability to consistently prioritise.

Responsibilities

  • Attend briefing meetings to understand in detail, the needs of hiring managers and department heads
  • Scout, source and sell for Publicis Media
  • Build and develop strategies for both longer term talent pool building and shorter term live hiring needs   
  • Use and advise on the appropriate channels and methods for sourcing / mapping candidates within Early Careers 
  • Develop current techniques for candidate outreach further to ensure we are always able to engage the best in class people for our business
  • Managing a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals 
  • Conducting telephone and face to face interviews with candidates, as well as assessment days
  • Collaborate closely throughout the process with the Talent team and hiring managers
  • Keeping the candidate database up to date and accurate to enable analysis of the hiring process 
  • Begin to cultivate a data / insights driven approach to what we do, using this to help influence the right hiring decisions and make the right strategic plays for talent pooling  

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high volume Recruiting environment, ideally Early Careers
  • A passion for Early Careers and a knowledge of this candidate market 
  • The presence and personality to make your voice and ideas heard in a busy, blended and bustling team
  • Eager to show what you can do when let loose on an open role 
  • Confidence to balance a full workload of numerous job openings alongside Early Careers projects
  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to create an environment of stability in an ever changing landscape
  • Exemplary interpersonal, influencing and communication (written and verbal) skills.
