This role will oversee and manage all operations across the Groupe ranging from systems, technology, product, process, property management and new business development. Showcase your ability to plan and direct the company’s operational systems, policies, rules, initiatives and goals. You will be responsible to deliver on the company’s commercial targets in collaboration with the CEO and CFO and be the custodian of systems and process in the Groupe.

• 10 - 15 years industry experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing operational transformation
• Bachelors Degree Business or relevant equivalent
• Key understanding of operational processes
• Understanding of integrated business management
• Understanding of Organisational Behaviour Principles
