Job Description

  • Support the Head of Digital Operations and account / planning teams on the strategic development and growth of the account, ensuring best in class social strategy being implemented across the team
  • Support the Head of Digital Operations and account / planning teams on validating the importance of Brand Social activity in driving impact on online and offline performance through test & learn, and bespoke measurement solutions like Brand Lift, DAR and Holdout test
  • Develop, install and supervise efficient best practice, quality team materials and standardisation of processes across the team
  • Provide guidance to the Account Managers on day-to-day media performance of Disney’s EMEA brand and local activities
  • Own Response To Brief for brand campaigns, working closely with the team to deliver a data-driven, strategic response and media plans
  • Equip Account Managers and Sr. Account Execs to understand and be able to run effective brand campaigns
  • Upskill Account Managers & Sr. Account Execs on planning, buying and measurement, especially beyond Facebook
  • Line manage all Account Managers' career development and progression

Qualifications

  • Team management experience
  • Experience in planning, managing and activating multichannel campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, AdWords, YouTube)
  • Experience of global, multi-brand clients
  • Experience of entertainment clients
  • Passionate about and engaged with the fast changing world of social media, online video, search and digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of how owned, earned, shared and paid social media work together and specifically with traditional media and search as well as other marketing disciplines
  • Detail orientated with first-class analytical skills  
  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst positively influencing those around you
  • Highly literate with a good understanding of how language is used to communicate to different audiences.
  • Commitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue unchecked
  • Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
  • Highly commercial - selling value, negotiation, client relationship management skills, how to be a trusted business advisor
