Job Description

We're looking for a multi-disciplined Graphic Designer who can deliver top quality visuals with consistent brand representation.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for unifying the design, look & feel of content generated by a variety of business units and teams.  This design professional will effectively serve as the design leader of a variety of materials including presentations, playbooks and swag.  (S)he will also serve as the primary liaison to the Publicis Media Design team as needed and be expected to comply with the PM brand guidelines they set. Additionally, the designer should be able to balance creativity along with internal client preferences and instructions.

This person must be responsive, resourceful as well as adept at addressing shifting priorities, tight deadlines and last-minute requests and/or changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Superb art direction skills
  • Conceptualize, execute and design physical and digital assets
  • Sample assets: event wraps and signage, email, PowerPoint materials, infographics
  • Collaborate with influencers and stakeholders to develop sophisticated visuals that can extend across various mediums
  • Help define and work within design systems and visual brand identities
  • Create on-brand guides and templates when needed
  • Solve design problems and further refine branding for teams
  • Partner with relevant external vendors as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in Marketing or Design
  • Ideal candidate will have a degree or certification in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or another related field
  • High skill level in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • High competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written communications
  • Agency or technology start-up experience preferred

Preferred Qualification:

  • Emotional intelligence to understand when to compromise with a willingness to challenge existing practices to deliver the strongest, most impactful materials
  • Self-motivated and managed
  • Strong visual design ability, storytelling/copywriting skills a plus
  • Multimedia and video production experience ideal
  • Knowledge of, interest in or experience with HTML, Wordpress and email tools (ie Marketo, Salesforce Makeitng Cloud, Pardot) a plus
  • Portfolio should highlight a variety of work across mediums
