The Role

You will be required to lead the day-to-day management of your client’s advertising and communication activities.


We're looking for someone who ideally has:

• 4+ years agency experience in account management
• A degree in marketing, communications or business
• People management, team building, leadership
• Strong project management, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and problem solving ability

You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading strategy development and success criteria for assigned client(s).
• Leading the agency team to ensure efficient running of account(s).
• Strategically manages the agency-client relationship.
• Full management of financials – budget control and forecasting
• Manages the workflow, operational and quality processes within the team and across other agency departments including:
  • Ensuring a high level of creative output
  •  Initiating the integrated involvement of the agency to deliver solutions
  • Drives measurement and evaluation of all activities
