Moxie is looking for a talented, creative powerhouse. Somebody who isn’t afraid of taking risks on their way to creating world class creative work. The Senior Designer designs in multiple programs and styles for brands while being versatile enough to cover various channels (web, apps, online video, email, media, social, etc.) This design leader is fluent in concepting and collaborating.

Responsibilities

·       Own the role of primary designer on multiple projects at once

·       Ensure quality of error-free design deliverables

·       Ensure design meets brand standards

·       Work with various disciplines to ensure on time delivery (Account, UX, Dev, Production Designers, etc.)

·       Contribute to concepting for clients   

·       Oversee design brand initiatives such as digital playbooks, best practices, etc.

·       Design successful brand communication across channels

·       Stay current on industry trends and standards

Knowledge/Skills:

·       Possesses strong communication and presentation skills

·       Takes constructive criticism

·       No ego. Collaborates easily and often.

·       Displays good judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm.

·       Experienced multi-tasker

·       Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction

·       Advanced Adobe Creative Suite program skills

o   Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketch required

·       AfterEffects, HTML, HTML5, CSS nice to have

Qualifications:

·       Strong, digital design led portfolio that showcases memorable design across media

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Design OR Creative Portfolio School Certificate OR equivalent design experience (non-degree is ok with us if you are awesome)

·       At least 5 years of experience in an advertising or in-house design role
