Job Description

The Content Strategy and Planning team sits within the Content Service for Publicis. Our Content Service consists of 70+ specialists working across content strategy & planning, creative, production, social, influencers and partnerships. We service Publicis brands, building complete content stories which are audience-centric and platform-native. Our global scale gives us unrivalled access to market-leading data, tech, marketplaces & partners.

About the role

In response to demand for our services across our content strategy and consultancy offering, we require a Senior Content Executive to join our growing content marketing service, Publicis Content.

Reporting into the Associate Content Director, you will support with the planning and execution of content strategy and planning across a range of major global brands including Gucci, the European Parliament, Nestle and Disney. You will be responsible for using a portfolio of cutting edge digital data sources including Crimson Hexagon, Google Keyword Planner and TGI to understand a brand’s audience and cultural landscape, and use this research to support in the development of strategic responses to briefs. 

Qualifications

Good communication skills, a passion for writing and strong attention to detail are essential for you to be successful in this role. You should have a creative mindset with a genuine interest in the theory and practice of content marketing. This is a growing team looking for someone with loads of enthusiasm backed by some solid experience to help deliver award winning campaigns.        

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with the development of content strategy and planning, unpacking client briefs and understanding their business objectives, and confidently providing input at client meetings
  • Be part of a team to deliver responses to organic and new business briefs, taking part in ideation sessions and helping to consolidate research and audience insights
  •  Lead content audits for clients by suggesting areas for initial research using creative, divergent and lateral thinking around briefs, analysing data from a portfolio of cutting edge data sources, and providing a detailed rationale for your insights
  • Prioritise work-load, manage tasks and liaise with team members on a daily basis to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Build trusted relationships with the wider Publicis teams, clients, media owners and client agency partners to understand a client’s business
