To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding  Senior Front-End Developer—a passionate coder and born collaborator who can apply their superior skills to create world-class web solutions.

What you’ll do:

As  Senior Front-End Developer, you’ll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to create first-rate web experiences and ensure top-notch, end-to-end solutions.

Day to day your role includes:

• Implementing modern and maintainable code solutions
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to coding and architectural standards
• Driving mutually beneficial solutions between our Creative and Technology teams
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure focused, high-quality, and timely delivery
• Encouraging teams to adopt emerging technologies when appropriate
• Serving as a recognized subject matter expert within your field
• Playing a supportive role in helping to scope, shape, plan, and execute a project
• Ensuring that all web solutions are performant, secure, and accessible for end users
• Keeping a pulse on emerging technologies and techniques
• Mentoring junior team members
• Presenting work to other departments and clients
• Creating technical documentation and specifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

• 5+ years of web development experience
• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• A good understanding of usability and visual design
• Working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, build tools, and responsive web design techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of Accessibility standards and experience working on their respective implementations
• Experience implementing different analytics solutions in websites
• Strong proficiency in at least one content management system
• Intellectual curiosity, passion, inventiveness, and a desire to learn and grow
• A positive attitude towards both work and people
• Motivation to work independently as well as part of a team
• The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• The willingness to mentor and lead junior developers
• A three-year degree or appropriate professional certification is a plus
