Job Description

The OOH Client Manager is responsible for planning OOH campaigns across a variety of clients. The OOH Client Manager supports the OOH Client Director in account handling, and is partly responsible for managing the OOH Client Executive and developing their skill sets.

  • Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
  • Executes these solutions through the communications planning process
  • Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget
  • Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working, with input from Client Director
  • Leads selective client accounts with advisory support from OOH Client Director
  • Builds strong client relationship as a trusted advisor to client
  • Leverages internal relationships to deliver efficient service to all clients
  • Ensures the team coordinate invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
  • Manages Client Executive in their day-to-day deliverables
  • Presents regularly both internally and to clients

Qualifications

  • Strong media experience, with a good overall knowledge of the OOH marketplace, along with good knowledge of Zenith & Posterscope products and services.
  • Experience of managing client accounts and relationships, with assistance and support from other team members. 
  • Consistent approach to delivering results and excellent service across all clients, making full use of the resources available and managing delegation both internally and externally.
  • Displays professional conduct through written and verbal communication.
