Job Description

The Programmatic Director is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and owning all aspects of programmatic campaigns. Reporting into the Head of Programmatic you will be managing a team of at least 2 Managers and 4 Execs ensuring that we deliver an impeccable standard of work through driving both innovation across programmatic but working to core best practices.

Key clients the role includes are Macmillan, Reckitt Benckiser, Christies and others. Additionally there will be projects from less consistent spending clients, and also an expectation to be involved in new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Overseeing and owning your team’s programmatic campaigns
  • Full understanding of programmatic capabilities, and an ability to talk independently about opportunities in client meetings and with team.
  • Establishing programmatic strategies for all your clients to ensure delivery of core business goals.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day-to-day and senior clients.
  • Come up with new / innovative ways to develop the programmatic offering.
  • Manage a small team of Managers and executives.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for a proactive, curious and experienced programmatic practitioner. 
  • You’ll also be able to demonstrate experience of managing and developing a team.  
  • Having experience within the programmatic landscape you will be an expert that will lead programmatic campaigns allowing you to deliver the best quality of work and results for your clients.
