Job Description

The EVP, Brand Experience will be responsible for supporting the ongoing evolution of Brand Experience in order to create and maintain a competitive edge for the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with senior client marketing and business leaders to define and answer their most important business questions.
  • Lead Brand Experience SVPs to deliver on brand and portfolio best practices.
  • Advising on how to best leverage media & marketing investments to drive business results
  • Lead Paid and Owned Channel teams to deliver truly integrated marketing experiences. 
  • Push for greater integration of client data across all channels. 
  • Work with global counterparts to deliver consistent client go to market approach
  • Ensure client KPIs are delivered

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience with 5+ years in comms planning/planning/or similar position; skill set must expand beyond media planning
  • Pitch experience with proven track record
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, business, psychology, or similar area, graduate degree desired
  • Experience across all media types (national, local, digital, direct, programmatic, shopper, etc)
  • Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate data into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables
  • Excellent leadership ability to drive team to deliver results
