Job Description

  • Helpdesk for research and guidance regarding all existing assets and campaigns
  • Branding and guideline checks on Brand Design / Brand Design System
  • Check and approval of local adaptations for compliance with Client marketing standards (similar to MPC process)
  • Giving orientation in Marketing tools such as COMIN, BDS, DIGMA, Video Library, M@RS Library, Marketing-Guidelines
  • Active Best-Practice-Sharing from local Office productions
  • Proactive support and briefing for upcoming campaigns planned by the market
  • Research and guidance regarding retail assets
  • Support and guidance regarding usage rights topics
  • Provide Marketing Planning & Reporting template to GDs
  • Collect, check and approve quarterly Marketing Planning & Reporting regarding GDs marketing targets*
  • Give feedback regarding target fulfilments to markets in a form of an email

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of experience, preferably at a creative agency
  • MUST HAVE experience in the automotive industry
  • Impressive expertise in the digital world – you keep a pulse on what’s happening, and you offer smart POVs on how businesses should adapt accordingly
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking – you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data for insights as you are at reading clients for feedback.
  • Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
  • Amazing communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and engaging
  • Good project and client management skills
