Job Description

This is a great opportunity to be part of a team working in a Digital transformation project for one of our most important clients in Starcom Barcelona driving the Global Digital Performance discipline in the team.

We are looking for an expert in performance media with a high knowledge & understanding of digital channels and infrastructure including Paid Search, Programmatic, Social channels, tracking and web analytics.

How you would spend your day:

  • Define the Performance & SEM Strategy and Golden rules from a multichannel point of view.
  • Developing close relationships with the relevant client and other stakeholders to ensure successful performance campaign delivery.
  • Work with the team to successfully plan, implement, optimize and report Global Performance and SEM campaigns
  • Quality control the correct implementation and optimization of performance campaigns by the rest of the country teams:
  • Defines and supervises best Performance activation quality ensuring consistency and accuracy vs campaigns briefings.
  • Manage a team of Digital Executives to guarantee campaign implementation.
  • Work closely with the Analytics function to identify key learnings and insights.
  • Support and challenge local countries on their Performance initiatives in their media plans
  •  Drive discipline innovation and thought leadership, keeping the client’s performance abreast of the market leadership.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Preferably a University Degree or higher education qualifications from a Marketing, Engineering or Mathematics background
  • High level in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • High level of English (B2 minimum)
  • +4 years of experience and knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) processes and SEM optimization tools (Search Ads 360, Marin, Kenshoo)
  • Ideally experience with eCommerce Platforms such as Amazon
  • Knowledge of PPC programs and data optimization through paid media systems
  • Experience in web analysis with tools such as Google Analytics
