Job Description

Creative Project Manager, role # 2952

Publicis Imagine is currently seeking an experienced, motivated and driven and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join our team.

You will play a key role in working with the internal Media Buying and Ad Ops teams and external stakeholders to manage the creative asset workflow associated with digital media campaigns. 

You are self-starter and creative thinker who  loves working and collaborating across multiple teams, partners and vendors in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage & support custom program development, including production timelines and routing of assets between client, creative agencies, and media partner 

· Process and route creative assets (key art, images, logos, fonts, videos, music etc.)

· Schedule and manages calendars for creative kickoff call and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders

· Maintain asset libraries and internal servers

· Upload files to FTPs and communicate clear brand guidelines to media partners creating custom ads

· Partner with the media buying team to create and manage specs sheets and prepare creative trafficking instructions for internal Ad Ops team

· Providing clear daily communication related to status and next steps for all pending, complete, or at-risk items and escalating issues as needed

· Review test pages & mocks before routing to client for approval

· Perform quality control of delivered display & video creative assets to confirm that all expected items have been received and meet basic spec requirements (such as file type, file size, and clip length) 

· Communicate with Ad Ops team to ensure creative assets are trafficked and set live correctly and on time 

· Review all ads and compile screenshots in live environments & communicate launch updates to clients

·Supports Senior Creative Project Manager and Director as needed

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience working at a creative or digital media agency 

· Familiarity with digital media creative specs, IAB standards, and related concepts 

·Ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously—strong project management (time management, organization, and prioritization) skills are a must 

·High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels 

·Basic knowledge of Google Campaign Manager or Studio a plus
