This role sits within the Partnerships team of the Publicis Media Content Practice (PMC). We produce a vast array of different content in multiple formats and channels. PMC is an exciting, fast paced environment where no two projects are the same.

Job Description

Supporting your Partnership Director and the wider partnerships team, you will be required to help create and deliver multiple branded content partnerships across all media channels. This could include digital, print and publisher partnerships, TV and Radio sponsorships, licensing opportunities, product placement and advertiser funded content. 

As a partnerships manager, you will project manage the end to end delivery of branded content partnerships ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time and deliver agreed KPIs. You will need to build trusted media partner relationships, client relationships and work with Agency internal teams such as planners and trading to deliver innovative responses to briefs, negotiate competitive rates and exceed client expectations. 

  • Line manage one Partnerships Exec 
  • Create content partnerships which are structured to answer the given brief and work for the benefit of the client delivering required KPIs
  • Project manage integrated partnership solutions (with the support of your Exec) across a range of clients, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, advertiser funded programmes and product placement
  • Support your Director and the wider business with creative ideas and research for new business pitches when required.
  • Constantly exceed client expectations and ensure KPI’s & key project milestones are met 
  • Manage the day to day relationship with your clients resolving issues and know when to escalate any problems to your Director
  • Ensure cost plans are profitable and adhere to pre-agreed client fees 
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, media partners, wider Publicis Media teams, and client agency partners to support client retention and revenue growth
  • Maintain a solid understanding of client’s business and their competitors to make recommendations to clients and planning teams which drive change
  • Understand the trafficking process of digital campaigns, supporting Execs where requiredand any other member of Publicis Media involved in the process
  • Ensure accuracy with finance and timely update of revenue forecast/status sheet

Qualifications

  • 2 years+ creating and project managing content partnership solutions
  • Creative & structured approach to devising partnership opportunities
  • Strong creative, project management and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing people (not necessarily as a direct report) 
  • Good wide reaching knowledge in partnerships and sponsorship 
  • Proven success in delivering successful branded content partnerships
  • Keen interest in creativity, innovation and the future of content
  • Process driven experience using research and measurement tools
  • Solution focused and able to respond positively to change
  • Flexible and hard working - used to working to deadlines under pressure 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, whilst motivating others
  • Experience with budget management 
  • Strong relationships with media partners
