Job Description

The Ad Operations Senior Associate will be the execution lead for Display campaign trafficking and tagging, with additional exposure to the tagging and trafficking of Search and Social campaigns. This individual will be responsible for understanding the technical details of Display Campaign Management, Display Trafficking, URL Parameters, tag infrastructure and implementation, as well as the ability to understand technical aspects of new and emerging technology platforms. Working closely with the Performance Media and Analytics teams, they will be responsible for the following:

  • Subject Matter Expert on Display Ad Servers and Buying Platform management processes
  • Ownership of Trafficking Display Campaign Process and QA
  • Execution of Tagging Display ads and campaigns 
  • Assist the development of site tagging strategies

Aside from Display platform interaction, this person will also work directly with new vendors and platforms to gather platform capability information.   

Role Objectives: 

  • Creative Tagging and Traffic cross-account Display , Mobile and video campaigns
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert around Display ad trafficking and placement best practices, as well as URL tracking parameters
  • Assist in the onboarding and implementation of best practices in regards to tagging and trafficking new technology partnerships
  • Assist Performance Media, Client Solutions, Strategy and Analytics, with the development of cross-channel tagging strategies and Display management consultation
  • Assist in vendor management, organize and coordinate vendor meetings and/or vendor days


  • 1-2 years of work experience with Display advertising, reporting and/or trafficking
  • Strong analytical, operations, and process implementation skills; detail oriented
  • Experience working with third party tracking technologies (both cookie-based and site side) preferred
  • Able to work as directed, lead processes, balance multiple tasks, and work in team
  • Experience or direct knowledge of online planning process a plus
  • Experience with the following Ad Servers: DoubleClick Campaigns, Innovid
  • High competency level in MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bonus: Web Analytics Experience: Google Analytics, Adobe (Omniture SiteCatalyst), Universal Tag Management systems, Demand Side Platforms
  • Bonus: Web development experience with JavaScript and/or HTML5
