You will be responsible for setting up, configuring and running a JIRA instance in AWS. You will also develop custom workflows, workflow extensions, and other add-ons as needed.

This position will work closely with the Platform Architect & Engineer, as well as Strategy, Analytics, Media Buying, Media Planning, Investment, TAAG (Technology And Activation Group) and Information Technology, and will need to be able to communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical resources.  The role requires both strategic and technical skill sets, intellectual curiosity, proficiency at problem-solving.

• • Increase campaign delivery accuracies
  • Use less time to execute various campaign tasks
  • Use one consolidated User Interface
• Setup, configure, upgrade, and monitor JIRA and Confluence instances in AWS
• Create add-ons, workflows, and workflow extensions for JIRA and Confluence

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of application development
• Knowledge of the HTTP protocol and web services usage (RPC, REST, SOAP); including JIRA REST API.
• Fluent in Java, PHP, JavaScript (TypeScript) and either PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Work with Jira REST API and how to consume API of other tools for integration and data flow
• Must have the ability to develop & enhance JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, customized screens schemes, etc.
• Experience in configuring workflows and custom fields
• Problem-solver, with the ability to move quickly between tasks, and think clearly under pressure
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
