Job Description

Planning Managers at Zenith are crucial talent to our agencies growth and development. We seek talent that is highly motivated, energised and committed to being both an inspiration internally and for our clients. Your role will be working across two fantastic clients - the first being Essity; a leading global hygiene company responsible for market leading brands such as Plenty, TENA, Cushelle and Bodyform. Essity have won numerous awards at Cannes and other industry awards, earning the brand huge fame and recognition. Your second client would be Carpetright, who have worked with Zenith now for over 2 years. We have built up a great relationship with Carpetright during this time, achieving the highest CRR score (9) in the agency. Carpetright are market leaders within the carpet and flooring sector, and we are working with them during a very exciting time as they are strive to transform themselves from being solely known for carpets, to being known for home transformation more broadly.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for the day to day coordination and implementation of campaigns.
  • You will lead by example and be an effective line manager to more junior members of the team, helping them to develop into the next stage of their careers.
  • You will identify and capitalise on additional business opportunities.
  • You will assist with the relationship development between media owners, creative agencies and all other partnerships.
  • You will support the wider team in the delivery of innovative and forward thinking media plans.

Qualifications

  • You are able to manage your time effectively and work in fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with FMCG and retail clients is advantageous but not essential.
  • You will possess a strong cross channel planning ability, having worked frequently on both on and offline campaigns.
  • You are a confident individual with solid communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
  • You possess the ability to complete accurate and reliable administration.
  • You are a self-starter, always ready to go above and beyond in delivering highly ambitious yet innovative pieces of work.
