Publicis Media developed a new agency model — platformGSK — that unifies talent, data and technology to service the GlaxoSmithKline’s media account. This model pulls in talent from across the Groupe’s divisions and agencies including media, healthcare and digital transformation.

Job Description:

Sitting within the platformGSK Singapore Hub you will be a core member of our strategy team, supporting our Regional Strategy Leads and Local Markets across the South East Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan business. You will play a front-line role bringing the brands strategy to life through digital, programmatic, social and search channels, to drive growth for the GSK business.

You will act as the digital evangelist across select markets and have an intimate knowledge of key platforms, publishers, and providers across supply, data, technology, KOLs and built for platform creative. The role requires the candidate to be highly involved in digital planning across select markets and ensure best practices and golden rules are upheld and maintained.

GSK are under a period of evolution. To continue with their rapid growth they must make deeper, more persuasive, more emotional connections with consumers, across all channels. The Senior Digital Strategy Manager will play an essential role in this development, partnering with select regions to develop market leading digital strategies and to ensure we operate at the leading edge of strategic media thinking, innovation and practice. Consequently, we are seeking candidates with drive, passion, energy and emotional intelligence to drive change.

Strong communication, planning and presenting skills are a must. Note that there will be quarterly travel to key markets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internally act as a primary liaison for digital between regional hub, local pGSK teams and regional programmatic and search activation teams across select markets in SEA HK TW. 
  • Accountable for driving digital planning across key markets, with clear strategies and rationale.
  • Oversee the communication of these strategies to the regional programmatic and search activation teams.
  • Lead digital education across key markets, as well as digital knowledge sharing sessions to elevate digital knowledge and capability across pGSK and GSK when necessary.
  • Develop, grow and maintain strong relationships with local markets – pGSK and GSK, along with regional – pGSK and GSK teams.
  • Partner with the pGSK Data and Analytics team for insight generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong digital landscape knowledge plus key partners, across key markets.
  • Form strong relationships across key digital partners that work across the GSK account.

Qualifications

  • College degree
  • 5-7 years of media experience; programmatic knowledge is a must.
  • 3+ years of digital planning/selling/strategic experience
  • Working knowledge of DV360 and Facebook Manager
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders with the ability to identify risks and manage through issues
  • Understanding of interactive media planning elements with traditional media understanding a plus
  • Previous leadership experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong desire to contribute to a team
