Job Description

As a team, we are committed to delivering best in class work and results for our clients’ business. This is an exciting role within the Starcom Planning team working on Ferrero, one of Starcom’s newest wins. From big ideas to cultural icons, the Ferrero range hosts brands we know and love; Nutella, Roche, Thornton’s, Tic Tac and their ever expanding range of Kinder. With the size of brands playing an important factor of this role, the Account Manager will support on one flagship brand either Kinder or Roche, plus have the opportunity to lead selection of smaller brands. As with any new client, it’s our opportunity to showcase best practise, great planning and creative thinking, helping to drive the dial on award winning work.

The Role

  • You will deliver communication plans that deliver against pre-agreed brand objectives, taking the lead from client brief through to PCA delivery.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of campaigns across all channels, with a focus on digital.
  • You will oversee competitor & campaign reporting ensuring the work has strong insight and learnings which can be applied to future campaigns.
  • You will oversee the budgeting and finance process, ensuring it's accuracy and detail is constantly maintained.
  • You will support the director on major campaigns & initiatives.

  • You are both strategic and creative in your approach, with the confidence to challenge the client where necessary.
  • You are a motivational leader, with the ability to bring out the best in junior members of the team when mentoring and training.
  • You will be a proactive team member, with the initiative to find solutions around limitations.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
