Job Description

The Video Investment Associate Director is key to managing the client's day to day objectives and big picture thinking of the account.  This person manages a large activation team and will oversee all campaigns from start to finish and will utilize industry knowledge to improve performance against client goals.

Looking for a highly motivated candidate who wants to make an impact, managing ideas across the video eco-system (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, Addressable).  The candidate must have a strong understanding of the TV landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaigns, start to finish, utilizing industry knowledge to drive performance
  • Direct the execution of brand investment deliverables to meet/exceed expectations. 
  • Provide marketplace thought leadership tying new offerings and innovations to brand/client business objectives. 
  • Validates strategic inputs and results, provide additional context to results, application of learning’s against future investments. 
  • Lead media negotiations with key partners.  
  • Lead/maintain media partner relationships on behalf of client/brands.
  • Identification of process/reporting improvements through automation. 
  • Effectively manage cross-functional initiatives and relationships across agencies and partners 

Qualifications

  • The candidate must have a strong understanding of the TV landscape (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, Addressable).  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline; and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a manager
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in the use of Media Ocean and experience in Prisma media management tool
  • Strong Oral/Written communication and negotiation skill
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) who can concisely explain complicated ideas and changes/differences in results
  • Comfort making formal and informal presentations to clients and internal team
