Job Description

The Zenith Programmatic team supports all clients within the agency on all things programmatic currently spanning across display, video, mobile and emerging channels on all devices available. We are a team of 20 analytical, mathematical, down-to-earth individuals sharing a fascination in emerging technology. We work hard and smart and more importantly, we pride ourselves with the ambition to continue to deepen our knowledge, practically and technically speaking. We have several openings across programmatic at all levels working with a global entertainment company.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Understand and effectively communicate Zenith’s programmatic value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts.
  • Execute and manage his/her client portfolio effectively using demand side platforms:
  • Oversee and manage his/her daily client portfolio campaign maintenance including communication, campaign setup, troubleshooting and reporting as well as managing the programmatic executive support.
  • Oversee /work with agency stakeholders to manage, implement and deliver wider client project on the likes of DMP, dynamic creative, multi-touchpoint attribution etc.
  • Identify, assess and implement opportunities that will drive the programmatic campaign for his/her client portfolio forward.
  • Oversee and resolve weekly and/or daily campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience within programmatic role wither Agency or Client side
  • Proficient in multiple DSPS and extensive knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape
  • Effective at people management and compliant with following policies and practices in line with the talent team.  Good knowledge around recruitment, performance management best practice, motivation, development plans and issue resolutions
  • Advanced communication and writing skills – working across the team, within the wider agency, with clients and media owners
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills (knowledge)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
