Job Description

We are looking for a Associate Social Manager / Social Manager to join us as part of a larger regional team under a top Entertainment company. You will be responsible for responding to briefs in a timely and efficient manner, providing detailed rationales and media plans covering the latest innovations and opportunities from social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked In as well as a range of solutions available via our preferred or proprietary technology partners.  

You will also be responsible for the articulation of campaign strategies, optimization strategies and results working in conjunction with programmatic analysts to uncover actionable insights that demonstrate the value and expertise being driven by Precision. 

The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization. Managers must possess a strong inner drive to contribute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycle
  • Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team’s shared document repository  
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
  • Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports
  • Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
  • Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance
  • Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners & actualize bill/pay systems when applicable
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree
  • Possess a strong desire and motivation to learn and excel.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Search, Display, Video, Social and/or Mobile Programmatic Media Buying
  • 3+ years of experience with Social PMD platforms such as Kenshoo, 4C, Marin
  • Basic Understanding of traditional and digital media planning elements
  • Passionate interest in digital solutions and technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, especially Excel. Advanced Excel skills (macros) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to organize and manage detail work
