Reporting to our Executive Strategy & Analytics Director, this role will excite you if you have an interest in behavioural science and want to play a part in building out our offering, have worked with analysts and data and want exposure to a variety of clients and a range of projects.

This role is responsible for delivering strategic brilliance for clients, growing strategy income for the agency, and ensuring we create delightful customer experiences. You will focus on generating behavioural insights and various types of data-driven planning - CX, CRM, digital, campaign and CVP.

This includes delivering on:

  • Strategic Excellence: delivering high quality strategy
  • Commercial Excellence: contributing to growing our strategy income
  • Agency Leadership: enabling delightful customer experiences

Some stuff that will help you get the job:

  • 7 years’ experience working within a marketing environment (preferably agency side)
  • 3+ experience working as a Strategist with a focus on CX, CRM, and digital
  • Knowledge of technology, digital and CX marketing methodologies
  • Experience using research and planning tools
  • Experience in customer journey mapping
  • Confident in campaign and content calendar planning
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude (you enjoy a high-five and are willing to go the extra mile to delight our customers)
  • Calm and focussed under pressure (you’re naturally zen and don’t let unplanned circumstances phase you)
  • Strong attention to detail (you can spot an issue in advance and appreciate the importance of all ‘the little things’)
