The Role

  • You will be working across a variety of digital media channels, with a primary focus on Social and Online Video, and a secondary focus in in Programmatic, Display, Partnerships, and Search.
  • You will be the lead in driving collaboration and successful working processes between your team and other internal specialist teams.

  • You will be a key leader of a team delivering end-to-end execution of global cross-channel digital plans covering planning, activation, optimisation, measurement, learning & insight reporting, and financial reconciliations.

  • You will act as a trusted adviser for the client, and be able to interpret their requests and provide a strategic approach to help them achieve their key business objectives.

  • You will effectively 

  • You will delegate upwards/downwards according to volume/priority/resource, whilst effectively line managing 2 junior team members.

Qualifications

  • You will have 5 years+ experience in digital media planning.
  • You will posses a strong working knowledge of digital media platforms/landscapes including Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, Twitter, Amazon.

  • You will be a solid storyteller and analyst, with strong written and oral presentation skills.

  • You will have already gained experience working on premium/tech brands, and posses the ability to advise on media from both a brand equity and performance point of view.

  • You will be a proactive team member, with the initiative to find solutions around limitations.

  • You are a motivational leader, with the ability to bring out the best in junior members of the team when mentoring and training.
