The Associate Director of Business Intelligence (hereafter “BI”) will successfully apply their years of experience in data analysis and strategic consulting as the BI lead on any of our myriad of enterprise clients within the health and wellness industry. Paramount to this success will be the ability to utilise the many data sources at the disposal of the BI team to not only represent the business impact that our media/marketing campaigns have in the marketplace but also the ability to translate these learnings into actionable strategic recommendations for our clients.

What you will do:

· You will provide integrated marketing analytic solutions to improve client decision-making

·You will lead the overall measurement strategy for clients through discovery and development of measurement plans, learning agendas, and test plans

· You will set up measurement frameworks and actionable insight generation that address business challenges/opportunities with clearly defined goals and definitions of program success

· You will develop and manage relationships with key third-party data partners, including the proposal process and timeline management

· You will build strong client relationships and be responsible for a high quality level of  client communications and deliverables, helping them understand the story in a simple and concise way and communicate success of client’s marketing efforts

· You will provide guidance to clients on marketing performance analytics through written points of view related to improving performance on marketing activities

·  You will synthesise the data available into insights/recommendations about the success of our programs in transforming the behavior of our target audience (most likely healthcare professionals, patients/prospects or a combination of the two) while identifying opportunities for program optimisation and enhancement

· You will utilise the aforementioned insights/recommendations as the foundation for presentations, reports, assorted client deliverables in either a face-to-face setting or via WebEx/teleconference

· You will develop one or more performance scenarios based on the expected outcome and drive optimisation recommendations with internal capabilities and client

· You will educate the local media teams with learnings from projects and documented case studies with process and results, to help inform media strategy

You will collaborate with the Platform GSK Consumer Health S&A team to gain efficiencies as well as consult on projects that require additional expertise

· You will serve as the main point of contact between local media teams and clients

· You will identify areas of opportunity to expand our presence through consultative selling at current clients while periodically participating in the any new business development opportunities as they arise

· You may manage team members’ careers and provide growth opportunities, coaching and training

· You will foster a team environment and play an active role in building team

Qualifications

Who you are:

· You hold a University Degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing)

· You have strong experience working with patient outcomes data (IQVIA, Crossix, Symphony Health), to glean true impact of marketing efforts

· You have experience conducting advanced analyses, including attribution, lift analyses, and pathing

· You have experience in pharmaceutical advertising, with a deep understanding of US pharma regulations

· You have a solid background within management consulting, advertising or interactive/technology consulting

· You are an expert within the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with business needs

· You have prior experience managing teams and projects

· You possess in-depth consulting skills and deep marketing analytics experience to provide strategic direction and analysis to our local media teams

· You demonstrate intellectual curiosity

· You  are knowledgable of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value and ROI

· You possess strong project management skills

· You have experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal and global teams

· You have a proven leadership record with strong client relationship skills

· You are proficient in one or more of the following analytic tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and DCM

· You are highly skilled in Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel

· You should be open to travel as needed
