Job Description

Are you someone who is able to multi-task and likes wearing several hats throughout the day? We have an opening in our Atlanta office for an Associate Director of Client Financial Operations who will be responsible for overseeing several clients, large and small, across our different business units.

To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), be inquisitive, analytical, logical, and an out-of-the-box solution oriented thinker. You must be able to prioritize and have good follow-through. You will need to work independently as well as part of a team, work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment, and be able to manage staff remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new business needs assessment and set-up.
  • Manage client communication and relationships.
  • Establish and enforce all internal procedures to ensure agency compliance.
  • Facilitate client audits
  • Liaison with media team to manage communications regarding vendor payments
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure invoices are being processed in a timely manner
  • Work with billing and media teams to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Heavy reporting; requires proficient excel skills
  • Identify and escalate potential financial risks to management
  • Manage staff, Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members. Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum of 8 years media or agency client finance management experience
  • Knowledge of MBOX is a plus.
