We are looking for enthusiastic, analytical graduates to join our dynamic programmatic media team!

The Programmatic Executive reports into the Programmatic Manager and is responsible for all aspects of delivery for programmatic campaigns set up optimisation and day to day trading. This involves supporting the Programmatic Manager in maintaining the accuracy and organisation of all bid management & trafficking processes and agency interactions related to assigned Programmatic campaigns. A Programmatic Executive will be successful and enjoy the role if they have an inquisitive problem-solving mind and can work well with others. We provide a full training program which includes direct access to all leading tech (Google, Amazon, Trade Desk), data (Oracle, Exelate, Eyota) and media vendors (Reach PLC, Media UK, Publisher direct). As you are exposed to all sides of the programmatic buying ecosystem you will learn a diverse set of skills from strategy to buying digital media.

Team/Department Profile:

The Zenith Programmatic team supports all clients within the agency on all things programmatic currently spanning across display, video, mobile and emerging channels on all devices available. We are a team of 15 analytical, mathematical, down-to-earth individuals sharing a fascination in emerging technology. In this particular role this individual will be focusing on multiple clients, many of them worldwide.

Responsibilities

·       Execute and manage online media campaigns for Zenith advertisers (DSP buying)

·       Handle daily campaign maintenance including questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns

·       Work with agency partners to ensure creative assets are scheduled. Trafficking of campaign tags into the various demand side platforms (DSPs)

·       Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation when building private marketplaces

·       Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns

·       Support the Programmatic Manager in overseeing and resolving weekly and/or daily campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines

·       Provide monthly auditing reports to agency partners & actualise bill/pay systems when applicable

·       Full reporting responsibility and data analytics         

Key requirements:

·       Degree or equivalent in a quantitative or marketing discipline (quality experience candidates without a degree may be considered)

·       Strong excel skills, with the ability to write and understand basic formulae

·       Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills

·       Self driven individual, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload.

·       Demonstrable interest in advertising and technology

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, especially Excel

·       Excellent communication and writing skills

Desired personal attributes:

·       Previous digital marketing experience is preferred, but not required

·       A knowledge of digital advertising infrastructure (ad-serving, ad-networks, exchanges, SSPs, DSPs) is preferred, but not required
