Sitting behind a beautiful front desk in our brand new Television Centre offices you'll meet and greet guests, staff and clients with a big smile and friendly attitude, which will be mirrored by our many happy and positive staff.  

Are people always telling you that your smile and personality light up the room? If so, you’ll be a fantastic fit within our energetic, wholesome and friendly work force. You'll be a confident ambassador for all of the brands that sit under our roof as well as Publicis Media as a whole; which means there will be plenty of friendly faces to get to know each day, after all variety is the spice of life.  

It will be your responsibility to be the trusted point of contact for all visitors in to the Television centre and ensure a fantastic and seamless experience for all staff and guests, you’ll make sure each visit is memorable, warm and welcoming.

Qualifications

What does the role involve?

We are sure your experience in similar roles will mean that the responsibilities in this role won’t come as a surprise, but just in case; you will be booking visits in to TVC for your floor and will make sure your reception area of looking tip-top at all times. As you’d expect, no reception area should ever be left unattended, as help is always needed on-hand, so your help may be needed across other floors if necessary and ad-hoc admin support may also be required, which will be a great way of upskilling and gaining more experience.

You will liaise with hospitality, our post room, room booking requests, AV systems, other concierges and PA staff, stationary suppliers, couriers, media owners who may wish to hot-desk, our in-house recruitment team and coordinators as well as the lovely staff on your floor. If you like to make lots of contacts and build relationships; this really is the best role to do so!
